INSARM - An Overview
Indian National Society for Aerospace and Related Mechanisms, INSARM, is a registered charitable society with its headquarters at Thiruvananthapuram formed to promote R & D activities on Aerospace and Related Mechanisms and to encourage wide spread dissemination of knowledge and skills gained through research and development among its members.
The society was formally inaugurated by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam at DRDL, Hyderabad during the 3rd National Seminar on Aerospace and Related Mechanisms (ARMS) on 22nd June 1999.

Activities of INSARM Bangalore Chapter
In order to promote R & D activities in mechanisms related to aerospace and defence applications, INSARM Bangalore Chapter regularly carries out the following activities

A Bi-monthly E-News Letter which brings out the latest activities of the society and technical articles related
to Aerospace Mechanisms.

As part of National Science Day Celebrations at URSC, reward the young minds showing exemplary skills in
science in action.
